At Zero Roads, we’re committed to delivering high-quality off-road apparel and adventure gear right to your doorstep—safely, securely, and on time.

1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

All products on Zero Roads are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 24–48 hours. The process—including manufacturing, quality check, and packing—typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Note:

• Orders are processed only on working days (Mon–Sat). Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

• During high-demand periods like festivals or sales, fulfilment may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, your order will be shipped via reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days

• Tier 2 & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

You will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS once your package is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate: ₹70 per order

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit or not delivered due to courier issues:

• We will initiate a free replacement

• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete details may not be eligible for free re-shipping or refund.
