Zero Roads is a lifestyle brand offering adventure-inspired apparel and accessories. All products are made to order and fulfilled via trusted third-party print-on-demand and logistics providers.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Product designs, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Products displayed on the site are mockups. Slight variations may occur in the final delivered item.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping may take 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen issues.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

• Once an order moves to production or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• As products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

• Replacements/refunds will only be processed for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Major manufacturing or printing defects

6. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, artwork, product images, and copy belongs to Zero Roads. Reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Minor variations in product color/print

• Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics

• Incorrect address or contact details provided by customers

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
